Using this website

You may browse and buy from this website for personal use. Please do not copy, scrape or reuse its content, cover images or book text without our written permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST has been charged. We are not registered for GST; we will update our prices and these terms before charging GST if that changes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

We take care to show correct prices. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken securely through Shopify's checkout when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a book cannot be printed or shipped to your country, we will tell you and refund you in full.

International orders

We sell to customers in Australia and overseas, subject to the countries our print and shipping partners support. International customers may have to pay import duties, taxes or fees charged by their country. Where these may apply, this is explained at checkout. Any sales taxes required in other countries are reviewed before we sell there.

Printed books

Delivery, damaged or incorrect books, and returns are covered in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

eBooks

When you buy an eBook you receive a personal licence to read it on your own devices. You may not share, resell, copy or distribute the file. Delivery and refunds are covered in our eBook Delivery and Refund Policy.

Publishing services

Publishing packages and individual services are covered by our Publishing Services Policy and by a written agreement we provide before work starts. Authors keep the copyright in their work unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The books, cover designs, text, logo and other content on this site belong to Life Reclaimed Publishing or its authors.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For goods, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Apart from those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. If you are a consumer outside Australia, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country.
