What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars. Life Reclaimed Publishing is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship throughout Australia and to the countries our print and shipping partners support. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and international customers may have to pay import duties or taxes charged by their country.
How long does delivery take?
Many of our books are printed to order. In Australia we aim to deliver within 7 to 14 business days [to be confirmed before launch]. An estimate for international destinations is shown at checkout where available.
How do I receive an eBook?
After payment you receive an email with a secure download link. The link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads.
Can I return a book?
We don't accept returns for change of mind, but if a book is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we will replace or refund it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See our Shipping and Returns Policy.
I bought the wrong eBook. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you contact us within 48 hours and haven't downloaded or opened it. See our eBook Delivery and Refund Policy.
How do I submit a manuscript?
Use the Submit Your Manuscript page. Tell us about your book and attach a sample or the full manuscript.
What is included in each publishing package?
