Shipping and Returns Policy
This policy covers printed books (paperback and hardcover). For eBooks, see our eBook Delivery and Refund Policy. Last updated: [date of publication].
Where we ship
We ship throughout Australia and internationally, to the countries supported by our print and shipping partners. If we cannot deliver to your address, you will be told at checkout before you pay.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges for Australian and international orders are calculated at checkout, based on your order and destination, and shown before you pay.
Delivery times
Many of our books are printed to order, so delivery time includes printing.
Australia: we aim to deliver within 7 to 14 business days of your order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. [Confirm after test orders before launch.]
International: an estimated delivery time for your destination is shown at checkout where available.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, we email you the tracking details once it ships.
Import duties and taxes
International customers may have to pay import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices. Where they may apply, this is explained at checkout, and they are usually collected by the carrier on delivery.
Books that are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered
If your book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, is not the book or format you ordered, or does not match its description, please contact us at Solomon.kpou@lifereclaimedpublishing.com.au with your order number and a short description of the problem.
Photos help us sort things out quickly, so please include them if you can. You do not need photos to make a claim.
Where the problem is a major failure, you can choose a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost. For other problems we will replace the book or, if that is not possible, refund you. We will not ask you to pay to return a faulty or incorrect book.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind about a correctly supplied book, for example if you no longer want it or ordered the wrong title.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a book is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our books come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
