How eBooks are delivered

After your payment is successful, we email you a secure download link. Please check your spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.

Download access

Your download link stays active for 30 days from purchase and can be used up to 5 times. Please save the file to your device once downloaded.

If you have trouble downloading, your link expires, or you run out of downloads because of a technical problem, contact us and we will help and provide new access where appropriate.

Formats and devices

Our eBooks are available in EPUB and PDF. EPUB works with Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo and most reading apps, and adjusts to your screen. PDF keeps the printed page layout and suits computers and larger tablets. [Confirm whether each eBook purchase includes both files, or whether customers choose one.]

Your licence

Each eBook is licensed for your personal use. You may read it on your own devices but may not share, copy, resell or distribute it.

Bought the wrong eBook?

If you bought the wrong eBook by mistake, you can ask for a refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the eBook has not been downloaded or accessed. Email Solomon.kpou@lifereclaimedpublishing.com.au with your order number.

Once an eBook has been downloaded or accessed, we do not ordinarily offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed eBooks

If your eBook file is faulty, will not open, is incomplete, is not the title you ordered, or does not match its description, contact us. We will provide a working file or the correct title, or refund you.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Digital products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
