What we collect
When you buy from us: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if you provide it) and the details of your order.
When you contact us, book a consultation or submit a manuscript: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your message, and any manuscript or files you send.
When you download an eBook: the date and number of downloads, so we can apply our download limits and help if something goes wrong.

Payment information
Payments are processed by Shopify on its secure checkout. Your card details go directly to Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
To process, deliver and support your orders, including eBook downloads.
To reply to enquiries, assess manuscripts and provide publishing services you ask for.
To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and other service messages.
To send news about our books only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.
Your manuscripts
Manuscripts and files you send us are used only to assess and provide the services you ask about. We keep them confidential, do not share them outside Life Reclaimed Publishing without your permission, and you keep all rights to your work.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the business: Shopify (online store, checkout and order emails), the secure file storage and database services that deliver our eBooks and record downloads, our email delivery service (which sends website form messages and confirmations), our print and delivery partners when fulfilling an order, and our website host. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law.
We never sell your personal information.
International customers
If you buy from outside Australia, your order details are shared with the carriers and customs authorities needed to deliver it.

Keeping it safe
We use secure, reputable services, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.
